A member of the Coast Guard's 140-foot Icebreaking Tug (WTGB) - Bay Class, state of the art icebreakers used primarily for domestic ice breaking duties. They are named after American Bays and are stationed mainly in Northeast U.S. and Great Lakes.
Home port of the 'Neah Bay' is Cleveland, Ohio. She was in town providing tours this weekend for Lorain's Port Fest.
